SPARTAN 300
Michigan State University's Club for weight lifting, body building, power lifting, and all things fitness.
Who are we? Spartan 300 is Michigan State University's Official Club for weightlifting, body building, power lifting, and all things fitness. Started in the Fall of 2015, it has been one of the fastest growing clubs at MSU. We have weekly meetings at IM West, next to Spartan Stadium. Our mission is to support our community through philanthropy and promote health and fitness. Why Should You Join? Spartan 300 is the best way to meet other MSU students interested in fitness. We have members from almost all East Lansing area gyms, and provide a great opportunity to meet the people you see everyday at the gym but never get the chance to talk to. We have both fitness related and purely social events almost every week. Our Monday night meetings offer a great opportunity for members to come and listen to guest speakers, learn from the informative presentations of our knowledgable education chairs, and spend some time getting to know the people who share their love of all things fitness. |
Stay up to date and interact with fellow members by joining our Facebook group. Most of the notifications from the executive board are communicated through this group, including meeting times, charity events, fitness events, social events, and more. Posting by members is strongly encouraged, as we aim to promote a community approach to health and fitness, and encourage members to get to know each other.
